1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BlueSky Roleplay ("BMRP", "the Server", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use BMRP, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Discord account
• Own a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V
• Have FiveM installed and properly configured
• Complete and be approved through our whitelist application process

3. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Not sharing your account with others
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Server Rules and Conduct

All players must adhere to our server rules. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Cheating or Hacking: Using modifications, exploits, or third-party software
• Metagaming: Using out-of-character information in roleplay
• Random Deathmatch (RDM): Killing players without valid roleplay reason
• Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM): Using vehicles as weapons without roleplay reason
• Fail Roleplay (FRP): Actions that break immersion or realism
• Power Gaming: Forcing actions on other players
• Harassment: Bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Advertising: Promoting other servers or services

5. Whitelist and Applications

Our whitelist process ensures quality roleplay:

• Applications are reviewed by our staff team
• We reserve the right to deny any application without explanation
• False information in applications may result in permanent ban
• Approved players must maintain good standing to keep access

6. Punishments and Appeals

Violations may result in:

• Verbal warnings
• Temporary bans (kicks)
• Time-based bans
• Permanent bans

Players may appeal bans through our Discord support system. Appeal decisions are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BMRP, including custom scripts, designs, logos, and branding, is owned by BlueSky Roleplay. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. User Content

By playing on BMRP, you agree that:

• Your in-game actions and chat may be recorded
• Recordings may be used for moderation purposes
• We may stream or record gameplay for promotional content
• You grant us license to use your character name and likeness

9. Donations and Purchases

If applicable:

• All donations and purchases are final and non-refundable
• Donations do not exempt you from server rules
• In-game items or perks may be modified or removed
• Chargebacks will result in permanent ban

10. Server Availability

We strive for 24/7 uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for server downtime, data loss, or technical issues. We reserve the right to perform maintenance at any time.

11. Data and Privacy

We collect and store certain information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using BMRP, you consent to our data practices.

12. Third-Party Services

BMRP integrates with Discord and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service issues.

13. Limitation of Liability

BMRP is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost data, lost time, or technical issues.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of BMRP constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to BMRP at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BMRP is operated.
